NOTE to PocketPC2003+ users:

In order to use this program on newer devices (PocketPC 2003) you may need to download and install the Embedded Visual Basic (eVb) runtime on your device (This runtime is rather large).  Microsoft is making this process increasingly difficult (for which I apologize).  PLEASE download the trial version first and ensure that it works on your device before purchasing the full version!!

Instructions:

1. Download the runtime here:

2. Save this file (.CAB) on your computer's desktop.
3. While your device is cradled and sync has completed copy the .CAB to a folder on your device.  (This is fairly easy to do: click Explore on ActiveSync and pick any folder then drag & drop the .CAB file from your desktop to the folder on your PocketPC ?Äì the My Device folder works well)
4. Go to the device and double click on the .CAB file to install it (Start/Program Files/File Explorer and navigate to the folder you dragged & dropped the .CAB file in).
